I have over 20 years experience in the automotive industry, including dealership, private, and government positions.  I have owned and operated previous auto service shops from my home area in Burnaby B.C., where I gained extensive experience in all aspects of the industry, right from the wash bay employee to the service manager/owner/operator. Through my years, I have acquired my Red Seal, Provincial Inspection, Certified Air Conditioning Retrofit, as well as over 300 individual courses including specializing in diesel. My interests and experiences allow me to communicate intelligently and treat every one of my customers with individualized attention.
